For 17 years we have had the pleasure of controlling one of the most athletic, adventurous, and damn right crazy archaeologists since the likes of Indiana Jones himself. Yes, Lady Lara Croft has been raiding our hearts for some time, but we never asked ourselves, How did she become so kick ass? Well with this reboot of Tomb Raider, we get to experience every one of her first times as if it were yesterday.

An excerpt from the article -
"Lara is no longer in the short shorts that, for little more than a decade, have been making teenage nerds crotches just as tight. She has been given a more up to date, modernised look, whilst still retaining that beautiful recognisable appearance. The game looks incredible, and the effects of the environment and situation are exceptionally detailed on Lara. As the game progresses, she becomes dirtier (not like that), beaten and worn. Seriously, the amount of abuse this girl can take is staggering."

Gamer Euphoria writes:
''For the last few years, whenever youve wanted an ancient artifact recovered, or a dastardly world-ending scheme prevented, Nathan Drake has been your man on speed dial. And hes had a good run which will inevitably continue in the next generation of gaming consoles. But there was one before him; one who could do everything he did but with certain style. Shes been absent for a considerable time, and her last fully-fledged game was somewhat of a disappointment both critically and commercially, but Lara Croft is backand she means business. Tomb Raider is not only a great rebirth of one of gamings most famous heroines but also the start of something thats sure to be a kick-ass new iteration for Ms Croft.''
